Use Karlsplatz station as a transit point for the Vienna State Opera and Musikverein, then walk to the building entrance printed on your ticket. For Wiener Konzerthaus, consider Stadtpark station and compare it with the route from your accommodation. Different halls in the same venue can have different entrances and seating, so save the hall name from your ticket on your map too.
Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the start, including time for the cloakroom and restrooms. Performance length varies by production; check the official program for the expected end time, including intermission. Add 20–30 minutes to leave and collect your coat, plus the trip back to your accommodation. If public transport connections are tight after the show, plan a nighttime alternative in advance.
Add booking fees, any cloakroom fee, dinner before the performance, and transport home to the final amount on the official seating chart. If tickets are listed at €60 each for two people, the tickets alone total €120; this is an example calculation, not a statement of standard prices.
